The 2013 ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament is the 40th edition of the tournament.


Daily matches throughout the afternoons and evenings will be played from February 11 till February 16. The final will be played on February 17 (Sunday) at the center court. The final starts at 2:30 pm.

Ladies Days will be observed on February 11 and 12 and the Kids Day will be celebrated on February 13.

Players competing

Defending champion and World No. 2 Roger Federer will lead the group of top players competing in the tournament. The other star players participating in the tournament include Juan Martin del Potro, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Richard Gasquet, Gilles Simon, Mikhail Youzhny, Jerzy Janowicz and Andreas Seppi.

Roger Federer - The ABN Amro World Tennis Tournament is Federer's second tournament this season. He has a 21-5 record at the Rotterdam. Federer won the Rotterdam title twice in 2005 and 2012. He is also the defending champion. Federer will play Grega Zemlja in the first round.

Gael Monfils and Grega Zemlja will play at the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament 2013. They will replace Radek Stepanek and Philipp Kohlschreiber who are unable to play in the tournament due to injuries.

Gael Monfils - Monfils will participate in the Ahoy Rotterdam tournament for the fourth time in his tournament. In his first appearance in 2007, he lost in the first round. In 2009, he lost in the semifinals to Rafael Nadal and in 2010, he reached the quarterfinals.

Grega Zemlja - Zemlja is making his first appearance in the tournament. Zemlja was initially given a wild card, but moved into the main draw and will take the place of Stepanek and Kohlschreiber who will not compete due to injuries.
